Daylor is seeking Senior Civil/Site Engineers, experienced in design and permitting.  Candidates must have 3-6 years experience in civil engineering and basic site design.  EIT and B.S. required.  Specific skills in the area of hydrology & hydraulics, site grading, coordinate geometry calculations and utility/infrastructure design are required, along with a strong computer background using various engineering applications and AutoCad Land Development Desktop.

Civil Engineer/Project Manager, Braintree Office

Daylor is seeking Civil/Site Engineers, experienced in site design and permitting.  Candidates must have strong client management skills, hydrology, drainage design and stormwater management experience as well as the design of roads, water and sewer systems.  Project presentation skills for public hearings are a must.  Individuals must also have applicable computer systems knowledge.

Candidates must have the ability to lead design teams potentially consisting of surveyors, attorneys, planners and environmental professionals.  You will have the opportunity to lead our most challenging and exciting projects, and therefore must have the ability to develop project approval and permitting strategies.

Minimum requirements are a four-year engineering accredited degree plus ten years of professional experience.  Graduate degree is a plus.  Individuals must hold at least one professional engineering registration by examination in one of the New England states.  If not registered in Massachusetts, must be able to obtain registration upon employment.

Spring/Summer 2006 Civil Engineering Internship/Co-op


Daylor Consulting Group, located in Braintree, Massachusetts, is seeking a spring/summer intern or co-op student for their civil engineering department. Tasks would include assisting staff engineers in all aspects of site planning, development and research, engineering design and calculations, and construction administration. No experience is necessary however some experience is preferred. Hours would be 8:00 an. -5:00 p.m. including one hour for lunch. Hourly pay would be commensurate with experience. Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft office required.

Desired Major: Civil Engineering, no Environmental Engineering majors.
